Biography: John V. Robinson is a partner in the law firm of Robinson & Gerson, P.C., in Richmond, Virginia.  John has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1986 and holds law degrees from Rhodes University, Oxford University (where he was a Rhodes Scholar) and the University of Richmond, where he currently serves on the adjunct faculty of T. C. Williams School of Law.  John regularly represents numerous Virginia and foreign clients concerning regulatory, corporate, general business and litigation matters.  John is experienced in administrative law and currently serves as a hearing officer on appointment by the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Biography: Frederick R. Gerson is a partner in the law firm of Robinson & Gerson, P.C., in Richmond, Virginia.  Fred’s primary area of practice is litigation, especially in the areas of construction, commercial and real estate litigation.  Fred has represented general contractors, subcontractors and owners in a variety of engineering/construction related disputes.  Fred has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation.  Fred is also experienced in administrative law and currently serves as a hearing officer on appointment by the Supreme Court of Virginia. In addition, Fred serves on the adjunct faculty of T.C. Williams School of Law. Fred is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Virginia.  Fred earned his B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and his J.D. from College of William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
